Kaitlyn Schneider

Kaitlyn is a young professional in the property industry, graduating with first class Bachelor of Business (Honours) where her research investigated property stakeholders’ knowledge and education on sustainability rating tools. Prior to joining Alder Developments, Kaitlyn gained valuable industry experience with 5 years’ at a well-known commercial agency focusing on office, neighbourhood retail centres, and industrial leasing. Kaitlyn is organised, motivated and ready for a challenge, assisting on development projects from the acquisition stage through to the build completion.
