Greg Tupicoff

Greg is a highly regarded development professional who joined Alder Developments in 2016 taking the reins as the inaugural General Manager. His wealth of knowledge and experience in urban and regional planning has been gained working for household name organisations and was quickly instrumental in the evolution of Alder Developments. Greg has managed a wide array of major development projects, taking them from concept through planning, execution and onto sales and marketing. Greg’s credentials allowed him to take Australia’s largest master planned satellite cities, Flagstone, to the market in 2016. Greg is a passionate industry participant and spokesperson whilst also being an active member in Queensland development and planning industry associations.
