Greg Alder is the founder and Managing Director of Alder Developments and successful sister company Alder Constructions. After a long and successful stint with construction powerhouse Leighton leading projects of varying scope, value and complexity Greg established Alder Constructions in 2003. Leveraging the success and reputation forged by the construction arm, Greg initiated the first moves into the development market by making some key strategic acquisitions in residential, commercial and industrial precincts. These land parcels formed the foundation of Alder Developments portfolio within the growth areas of Gold Coast and Logan.
