Frank Galvin

With over 15 years’ experience in the development industry, Frank – past President of the UDIA Ipswich Branch – has been responsible for the development management of projects from acquisition to settlements, with a key focus on providing products that meet market demand.   Following his tenure at Sekisui House, Frank brings significant knowledge of master planned communities to the team.  In his role as Senior Development Manager, Frank’s key responsibilities will include acquisitions, due diligence, planning, construction management and liaising with local, state and federal government agencies and other statutory bodies.  Frank increases the experience of the Alder Developments team by more than 15 years, which is essential to the smooth operation of complex projects.
