Keeping it close to home, Alder Developments has secured 120 Siganto Drive, Helensvale, two doors down from our Head Office location. Our new development site will bring to market new commercial or new office premises over 3 levels with ample parking in a prime locality. With Alder Constructions to complete the build, 120 Siganto is another prime example of our capabilities to deliver an integrated property development and construction solution. This project has moved through acquisition and will progress to design and delivery, including leasing opportunities, in 2019, with the project complete in 2020.
